The woman who staffs this office is a consummate professional. The office is clean, she is as efficient as can be, and most importantly, she took my sample quickly and painlessly! This is my new go-to!
If wish you can write a review without giving any stars. The phlebotomist was rude with lack of friendliness and inexperienced. She did not wanted to help at all however, her personal call was more important that she raised her finger at me to wait. Also, as far as I know you can’t wiggle the needle inside the skin to get the blood out. Not only did she scratched me with it but left me bruised. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS, PROFICIENT AND EFFICIENT SERVICE .
This place is awful! Do not go here. After calling twice about bringing in my infant son for bloodwork they said just make an appointment. I made an appointment, sat in the a tiny waiting room with a bunch of other people during a pandemic where my son is to young to wear a mask. We waited 30 mins past our appointment time! When they call us up they proceeded to tell me they don’t do pediatric blood work and we need to go to a different location.
