You only have two employees working at this location with a completely full waiting room. These poor employees are trying to juggle being both the receptionist and the phlebotomist, and you can clearly see how overwhelmed they are. Please consider hiring more staff to give these hardworking employees some much-needed support. They NEED to get their act together!!!!!!! Computer issues, scheduled appt. waiting issues, overcrowded waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous!
This location needs some major improvement with their desk staff.. I walked in.. I was the only one waiting ... and the 2 kids.. YES .. they were young adults.. behind the counter.. very rude..and immature. ( didn’t get any names) when I asked a question .. they( male & female) seemed to be annoyed that I was interrupting their conversation.. twice I was ignored then I was giving a snarky answer to question.. by him.. and pretty sure she gave an eye roll..
