Great place fast and very courteous excellent staff
I had a terrible experience today. Only one worker today. She is doing everything so the wait is extremely long. I think the quality of Lab Corp services has go down.
They have a sign to be polite to the staff and one receptionist herself is not too polite and is unprofessional. Not surprised of low ratings for this place.
the place is crowded , but if you have an appointment it can go quick. except they only have one check in machine. ThE GUY AHEAD OF ME WAS HAVING TROUBLE CHECKING IN BY MACHINE, SO I HAD TO WAIT. BUT AS SOON AS I CHECKED IN I WAS CALLED. solution--get more check in machines... thats prety simple
They started their lunch 15 minutes ahead of time and refused to do a quick test. Flippantly told me to come back in 45 minutes or go elsewhere. No, I am not fasting for another hour plus. To be fair, I've also had nicer experiences in this location with very friendly staff. The main reason I will not be returning today is in the hopes that next week I will have a better experience with a different phlebotomist.
