Very nice people short wait time
I was in and out in 20 minutes with an appointment.
Not a good place. This location shows no consideration for patients with troubled veins, phlebotomy phobias, or anyone who needs a technician with actual experience. I specifically requested someone skilled, and instead I was poked in multiple inappropriate spots — to the point that I couldn’t drive afterward. They used three different veins just to complete a simple order, which is unacceptable for a routine draw. I never write reviews but I’m frustrated. I did a walk in, at 1:50 pm (they close at 2:30). No patients were there, I waited in the first waiting room for 20 min, then called back to the second waiting room (empty) for another 7ish minutes. A lady walks in who maybe had an appt (at this point though I’ve been here for over 25 min just waiting with no other patients there) and they take the other woman before me. Don’t bother making an appointment, you will still wait for a minimum of 45mins after your scheduled appointment.
