Just horrible service
I wouldn't even consider this a properly functioning business enterprise. I had bloodwork done here and had them not complete the prescribed tests twice... When I was told they forgot more tests and I was going to have to go back A THIRD TIME I decided to switch to Quest. Obnoxiously incompetent and a huge waste of time.
I was hesitant to schedule an appointment here based on a lot of the reviews being so low.. I also loathe getting blood work done lol however I was reading through and saw quite a few people giving a positive review for Tiana. I just happened to have her this morning, and she was fantastic. She distracted me while we talked about Disney, was polite, and made me feel comfortable. If I ever need to come back here again, I will try to request her!!
Visit resulted in one younger woman, curly brown shoulder length hair with glasses. Expecting a patient to grasp Labcorp’s rules in a four-minute exchange is unreasonable. Rushing and scolding only compounds the inquiry. Public-facing roles require patience, clarity, and empathy. Unfortunately, none of those qualities were demonstrated.
