Absolutely insane how impossible it is to get a person on the phone. Spent an hour jumping through hoops trying to figure out which locations accept samples for semen analysis. Found out this location allegedly does but I don’t want to show up with a filled sample cup and get turned away so I’ve been trying for a week to contact them. No call back, no answer. I'm arrived with my stepfather at 10:54 am on a Saturday to get labs drawn and the door was locked. Your hours state that you close at 11am!!! It took me an hour to get him out of house (he has alzheimer's). I'll be contacting corporate because that was completely unacceptable!!!!!
I hate hate hate getting my blood drawn however Tiana made it literally pain free! Excellent bedside manners as well! Absolutely will be coming back to this location.
