No stars if that was an option. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid like the plague. First Labcorp I went to made me wait 30 minutes before telling they couldn’t do my test because the guy was out of the office. Drive to this location. Waited another hour and 10 minutes. When I asked how much longer I was told there is no way of telling me that. Between my wife and I, we’ve had to use this location many times throughout the last few years and every time it’s a absolute horrible experience
Don’t bother coming to this location. Showed up around 2pm today for a specimen drop-off and they decided that they were going to close early and lock the doors, not letting anyone else in or answering the phone. Something that would’ve taken them less than a minute to accept, but instead they couldn’t even bother to ask me what I arrived for.
Made an appointment a month ago for during my lunch break and I arrived and there were about 25 other people there who had been waiting over an hour for their appointments so I had to leave. Find a different lab
Josephine is the best. I don’t do well with bloodwork at all but she made it easy for me. She was the only one working in the snow and ran the whole show. Whatever they pay her, it should be doubled for how amazing she is.
Every single time I go in here the staff is rude at the front, not welcoming and unprofessional. It's already stressful enough to have to go in there. The check in process is the only easy / welcoming thing - because it's not dealing w/ the PEOPLE who work there. It's the "computers are down". . . .we "closed early"....to RUDE staff. I switched Drs so I don't have to go there to draw blood anymore. Came right from the DR w/ the samples they needed and they told me it was incomplete.
