Josephine is the best. I don’t do well with bloodwork at all but she made it easy for me. She was the only one working in the snow and ran the whole show. Whatever they pay her, it should be doubled for how amazing she is.
Every single time I go in here the staff is rude at the front, not welcoming and unprofessional. It's already stressful enough to have to go in there. The check in process is the only easy / welcoming thing - because it's not dealing w/ the PEOPLE who work there. It's the "computers are down". . . .we "closed early"....to RUDE staff. I switched Drs so I don't have to go there to draw blood anymore. Came right from the DR w/ the samples they needed and they told me it was incomplete. Amazing experience at this location. I had recently stopped in a different location on Hopewell Road… absolutely horrible guy working there. I was hesitant to try out this location bc I was going in as a walk in with no appt so I was bracing for the negativity that was going to follow…there was none. I noticed this location had a lot of negative reviews and many referred to a man…. Lady at the front desk is extremely rude, unprofessional and condescending. The urine test wasn’t done correctly.
I was so nervous going to get blood work done today because everywhere else I went, always went fishing for my vein. I have extremely small, thin veins and getting blood work done is very traumatic for me. This location (717 East Lancaster Ave in Downingtown) was absolutely amazing!
