Tina (receptionist) was friendly and got my papers figured out quick, and Josephine (phlebotomist) did an awesome job! I get anxious when giving blood, but she made sure I barely felt it and it was done in a flash.
Josephine is an exceptional phlebotomist with superb knowledge and skill. I am a very difficult blood draw. She was professional, skillful and kind. Josephine and Tina are great phlebotomist.
If I could rate below 1 star, I would. I was waiting for a glucose/blood test. I know it's an hour wait after the drink, but they had me wait nearly two. There were people who came after me and left before me. I tried asking the staff what was the wait. The women there showed zero interest. This was a waste of time and I will not return to this location.
Josephine was fabulous. I am not an easy stick by any means and she got me on the first jab, took care with me and was all around great to work with. She even handled the power outage at the lab with grace and patience. Josephine deserves a raise! The whole office is great.
Joe was amazing, did not feel a thing. Best jab yet!
