I have been here three times now, each visit being for prenatal glucose testing for gestational diabetes. This location is well-staffed and runs on time. The staff are helpful, competent, and so friendly and cheerful. There are too many Labcorps locations that have just 1 person running both the desk and all the blood draws - how impossible! This West Chester location is the absolute best. If you have to have labwork done, come here!
Visited on August 6th, 2026 and it was a breeze! Clean and well organized. Also the team there is super kind and informative. I had Jaidyn and loved her energy! She wasn't just a great employee, but her personality and energy gave me an extra boost and enjoy my dad that much more! Thanks Jaidyn!!!!!
Frankly, I've had good experiences at this location in the past. The technicians were pleasant and quite competent with the needle. However, this time, after me making and confirming my appt and Labcorp sending me 2 reminders, I showed up 15 minutes early, only to find the doors locked. Finally, a person came to the door to inform me that the facility was closed. I protested that I had a confirmed appt. She repeated that the facility had closed for the day. The staff in this one for the last year or so is awesome. If you get there when they open you can usually get in and get out without an appointment relatively quickly. I almost don't want to give away the secret.
