Went to this location yesterday with my daughter. RoRo took our blood , she was fast , friendly, and efficient. Her and Nicole were super accommodating and nice. They also had this busy location moving accordingly for busy single moms like myself!
Waited for more than an hour, asked the lady how long it'll take and she said she doesn't know. Patients kept coming in and out and I was just sitting there with no update. How is it fair to take in the patients who came after me and I've been waiting for more than an hour. A lady came and checked my paperwork and left with no update. I had to leave the place bc I don't have all day to wait for them. terrible service!
90+ minutes. Still waiting. Knock on window and door no one answers. No reception at all. No one has been called back in over 90 mins- lobby is full to the brim. 8 ppl have gotten up and walked out. Absolutely worst customer service and experience I have ever experienced. Update was just called back. This company has one woman who is required to be receptionist and tech. LABCORP SHOULD BE ASHAMED. If I was this tech I would tell this company to go to hell.
Terrible service. I had a scheduled appointment and still ended up waiting over an hour past my time with no explanation or update from the staff. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I won’t be coming back.
I was a walkin coming from my doctor in mnext bldg. He said stat he wanted the blood work. I waited an hour. Then asked how much longer, Nicole said she had 5 or six appointments. Some people not even there yet. I had to call my daughter to make other arangments so I could get the blood work. A half hour later she came out and said I would have to re apply on the keos. She took me off the roster. I went to the sewel LabCorp. They were very nice.
