Actual lack of empathy and customer service. People walking out to rude and ignorant staff.
This location used to be my go-to. Not anymore. Over 4 associates, plus a float that walked in while I was waiting for over 50 minutes as a walk in and only 1 person was in the waiting room for the first 18 minutes of my wait. Explain that staffing to me? The lady doing the UDS' on the day I visited was rude. In fact, I remember getting the same treatment in the military. Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been here twice still haven’t gotten my blood drawn because their “system is glinching and they don’t know when it will be back up” after I waited an hr and 20mins the first time and over 30mins the second time to have them say this. Always went here and I will never go back unless they get new management. No one there wants to work!
