I had to have labs drawn today. Horrible experience! The staff at the insurance desk were rude and unprofessional! They stated I had a 9.20$ bill past due. I showed them that this bill was paid as it already cleared my account. Didn’t want to hear it so I paid it again. I was told to take a seat at an open chair. Sat down and the phlebotomist couldn’t get a vein( he was fantastic and professional). He went over to his coworker to ask for assistance and the girl starts telling him good luck , she gave us a hard time over 9$! ... read more

I went to this particular labcorp for the first time because my boyfriend was going with me and he had been there before. He is a very hard stick and said the lady there last time got him on the first try. I watched the male phlebotomist with a beard palpate his arm for at least 2 minutes. I could tell he was not good at his profession and was not going to get a vein. Only had to drop off a still sample was instructed to sign in and wait. I did make them aware I only had a stoll sample to drop off. Lobby was so full people were standing the whole time. Stoll sample was starting to stink in the lobby others complained regarding the smell. Poor customer service here waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front window.
