Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been here twice still haven’t gotten my blood drawn because their “system is glinching and they don’t know when it will be back up” after I waited an hr and 20mins the first time and over 30mins the second time to have them say this. Always went here and I will never go back unless they get new management. No one there wants to work!
I came on Monday afternoon and they said the test I needed was time sensitive so come back 9 am the next day so it can be picked up at 10:20. She said when I got here to just check in and they will get me right back. Notified them that I was here waiting. Still continued to have me stand there and wait until finally there wasn’t enough time to have my blood work done and picked up by 10:20. Truly disappointed and angry. I hired a baby sitter so I could come at this time and they screwed it up.. UNBELIEVABLE!
The hours dont match the website. They seem to close randomly. Not professional at all. They are miserable. You just dont know what to expect with this labcorp location
