This place is AWFUL!!!!!!!! If you want decent human interaction this will not be the place!!!!!! By far the worst labcorp I’ve ever been to!!!!!
I have never been treated this terribly before by medical “professionals.” I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks ago. I got the text to check in when you arrive. You either have the option to go inside and check in, or check in through your phone and sit in your car to wait for a text when the technician is ready for you. So rude here!!! No communication. Leave you sitting in the waiting room for hours. Don’t come here.
Actual lack of empathy and customer service. People walking out to rude and ignorant staff.
