I checked in at 8:50am. The waiting room was pretty full and the check-in screen said to wait where you're comfortable and that they would text me so I waited in my car. I did get the confirmation text but never got another text. After waiting 35 minutes in my car I had to use the bathroom so I went back inside and noticed the waiting room was close to empty. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I arrived for my 2pm appointment at 1:55pm into a room PACKED with people, so many there were not enough chairs. After I signed in on the computer, a woman got up from the waiting room and left. I sat down and after 10 minutes her name was called, the woman in the room said "it's a shame, her appointment was at 1:30"....I said "1:30?! It's 2:10 now!" After waiting over an hour. I asked the nasty young lady when I would be called. Basically ignored me and closed the door. Her customer service skills needs immediate attention. She refused me service. Keep in mind I have not eaten all day!

I would not recommend this place. I came with my daughter so she could get blood work done and i had my youngest daughter with my 3 year old daughter. My daughter checked in and we sat and waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes maybe. No one else was in there but we could hear the staff in the back talking/laughing. My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom so i knocked on the door(s). I could see them through the window on the door. But neither one of the workers came to the door. I only go to this location because it's super close to my home, Otherwise I would not go. The staff (most of them but not all) is usually in a bad mood and rude to people. Last time I went they actually ordered the wrong tests and I didnt know until I went to my dr appointment and he said the things we needed were not there. I looked at my receipt and we compared it to his script and he was right, they ran tests i didnt need and forgot two of the most important ones.
