DO NOT GO HERE. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst experience. I have proof they mixed my sample with someone else’s and therefore produced incorrect test results. I was 11 weeks pregnant at the time and my drug test showed up positive. I walked in with another girl and they mixed our samples. This caused a HUGE headache and I needed to be retested (which resulted in a negative test this time!) Such unnecessary stress for the lab techs carelessness because she “wanted to go home” when I made an appointment ... read more
Multiple people waiting over an hour with an appointment. People without appointments were being taken first. I had to leave without being seen
Got there 7:50am doors didn't open until 8:12am. First in line, waiting room filling up didn't get called until 820am. The technician was good the other staff members were rude and I felt like i was bothering them to get my blood drawn.
The wait is horrible, but they literally only have 2 ppl working, they should have one person at front desk at all times... the ladies were nice and very busy, I hope that this corporate establishment gets better!!
