My experience at this Labcorp location was great! I was a walk in and waited about 20-30 mins, I called back, the front desk ladies were very helpful and within 5 mins was attended by a lovely lady who was friendly and gentle. Glad it was an easy and positive experience!
Front desk has awful customer service.
The small indian woman just had it go from needle to tube and was not steady enough and causes pain and it bleed to much after. I am a person who has had more blood drawn then most humans. If you can't keep it steady that's why they have the attachment with the small tube. Unacceptable. Needs to be fixed the other I want to say Russian lady is much better.
I made appointment online for 1230pm. I got there at about 1215 but it took a while to find parking. Then there is a bit of a walk to get to building lobby. I made sure to use the check-in option that was emailed and texted to me. System offers option for you to wait in car and be texted when they are ready for you but it also states that you should be close by. Since I was on my lunch break, I decided to go into waiting room.
