I had the most pleasant experience having my blood work done at this place. I care most about bedside manner, kindness, and efficiency. This location is excellent. I would recommend making an appointment online before going. It is small and many people come for walk-ins but the staff remain calm and friendly despite the high level of people that come in. Just had a blood draw on 11/8. Had appointment, taken on time. Employees/techs were great, exceptional. The waiting area and even the lab area is like a shoe box, very disappointing. LABCORP closed an office on 171st and Audubon recently which was much more conducive to a large clientele. It’s unfortunate that this office is now the only one in Washington Heights open Saturday. Guess I’m back to Quest on a workday. Oh well.

Fast, professional, kind, quick. I hate getting blood drawn but they made it pretty easy and painless.
Coming with an appointment helps. Longer wait time is not fault of the employees. It's fault of LabCorp itself. LabCorp should consider upgrading the office with more bigger space. All employees are very nice and happy to help. The office space is less hence less space to take samples and customer rush is more hence wait time is high.
