I was in and outcomes in 15 minutes, even on a busy saturday morning. The place is small but everything was quick and efficient.
Tried to get an appointment to get blood drawn. Used their online service and it didn't recognize my address. I live 7 streets up!
I was skeptical with the three star reviews overall but this is really 1 star. Check in kiosks do not work. Very few people working here. There are 20 people in a space similar to elevator waiting room. It’s not a pleasant experience.

I went on a Sunday and Joanna was my phlebotomist. She was very pleasant and made the process seamless. I am a difficult stick and she was patient in drawing my labs and created a welcoming environment.
