Horrible customer service. Very slow. And rude to most of the patients that came in including me. Also first time blood work actually hurt from the nurse
Misleading hours. The website says 7 AM to 3:30 PM, but they stop taking patients around 2–2:30 PM. Drove 22 minutes based on the posted hours and got turned away. Don't waste your trip.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way patients are treated at this Labcorp location. The staff member I dealt with today was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. My paperwork happened to say Quest, and she immediately wanted to send me to Quest instead of assisting me. I clearly explained that I have been getting my testing done through Labcorp and that I specifically came here because I use Labcorp for my lab work.
