This location cedahurst on the day I went was not organized and customer service didn't appear to be the workers priority. I was dismissed when I went to the window by the female with the glasses. When I attempted to ask her a simple question she wouldn't let me. She directed me to sign in to ask a question, it took nearly 2hrs for them to call me to the window for them to tell me they do not do the test I needed at that location. I feel bad for the elderly that go there at 7 am and by 9:30 they tell them that they never signed in with a big nasty smile. Besides that they are careless and laugh st the patients, they messed up on the blood work by not withdrawing enough blood. Careless, nasty attitude.
Awful experience rude and unhelpful staff
Terrible experience with my drug testing appointment. Front desk ladies don't take their job serious after 2 hours of waiting and holding my pee. Not enought employees working and it is not organize. Please you guys can do better specially for ederly people that can not understand check in process. this is real mess and disrespecful for everybody.
Jalisa had the pleasure of helping me making my experience great. She sticks very well barely felt anything and I’m very terrified of needles. We had small chat that really made my day. Ask for her she’s my go to now
