Had a great experience getting bloodwork for my child. Teresa and Rob were amazing. They had so much patience and were very kind.
The place is a disaster. Staff were rude and ignored me and overall bad experience. Go elsewhere if you can.
The staff take forever to do the simplest things and are super rude. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. I booked a LabCorp appointment online, showed up early, and checked in five minutes early online. When I arrived, the place was packed, and I immediately noticed my name wasn’t even on the waiting list. When I went to the desk to ask about my appointment and why my name wasn’t on the list, I was told to check in at the kiosk even though I already had confirmation of my online check-in. I had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen. The place is also shabby and worn out.
Very rude and unprofessional, I went there last week and the staff are rude as hell. I arrived there a little before 12:30 noontime. I guess they were about to take their lunch, I’m not sure. I proceeded to try and open the door and it was locked. I looked through glass door and I can see people sitting inside looking at me. I knocked on the door, but no one opened it.
