Came 2 days in a row. First, they are supposed to open 7:30 in the morning. They have people waiting outside in the cold and will not open their doors until even a few minutes after 7:30. The second day I went, no one was even in the place at 7:40 AM so I left. The first day I went, the systems were down so even after they finally opened the door they just let us know that they are not going to be able to take any patients until they resolve the system issue. The second day, I didn’t wait around for them to finally open.
They are just not good. I'm shocked that there is no management in the building and these young girls are free to do what they like. They seem fresh out of phlebotomy school and dont even understand the basics of venipuncture, like anchoring the skin before sticking the needle in. They take turns sticking you once they start missing, which then leaves nobody at the front desk which explains the bad reviews about how long things take there. Avoid if you can. One day I came and they said all their systems were down so they can’t service anyone. You think they would notify all those who have an appointment, nothing. Then they are supposed to open at 7:30am, noone is there. Dont know what’s going on, but Quest next door is very seamless, go to them, if you can, instead.
I had an appointment and the people behind the counter couldn't find my appointment.
This labcorb used to be amazing!!! But then the 2 awesome workers left. One moved and one got promoted..... hopefully something will.get done with all these negative reviews!! Bc its all true. Ashley has a massive attitude and makes it a very unpleasant experience
