Not wheelchair accessible. Older people or people that can't see can't use the check in kiosk when the asked for help if you don't sign in there you can't been seen. I had two test but I only got results for one. There is no way to reach them. I will not go back to this location.
Wish I could give a zero. Lady comes back from a “break” and gets upset that I ask her a question. Says she just came back from “break” to give her a moment. Lobby was packed. I wish I got a break at my job after coming back from break.
According to the posted Patient Service Center hours (opening at 7:30 AM), this Labcorp location should be ready to serve patients on time. Instead, I arrived at the scheduled opening time and the office was still not open/operational, with no staff available and no clear communication about the delay. I wish I can give 0 about 10 people came after me got it called. But I’m sitting there almost an hour and half . Never coming back to this place 😡😡
Came 2 days in a row. First, they are supposed to open 7:30 in the morning. They have people waiting outside in the cold and will not open their doors until even a few minutes after 7:30. The second day I went, no one was even in the place at 7:40 AM so I left. The first day I went, the systems were down so even after they finally opened the door they just let us know that they are not going to be able to take any patients until they resolve the system issue. The second day, I didn’t wait around for them to finally open.
