I went to get lab work done today because I haven’t been feeling very good for the past 3 weeks. They claimed their lunch time starts at 12 I showed up at 11:54 thinking they would take me in but they shut the doors on my face. The saddest part is that there was an elderly man walking with a walker they also told him to leave and come back at 12:30. What happened to caring about the patients more? All of you need to get fired immediately”. NEW!! staff members must be hired

Me ha proporcionado una pésima experiencia, hoy 15 de Julio 2025 fui para averiguar por unos exámenes de laboratorio que debía realizarme, en la recepción había una señora morena y su discriminación fue abrumadora, afortunadamente habian mas personas en las sala presenciando el hecho, nunca me dio la información que necesitaba. Termine abandonando el lugar con lagrimas en los ojos. Si puedes evitar ir, sería lo mejor.
Ojala pudiera poner 0 estrellas , demasiado lento el servicio tienes que esperar una hora y media despues de hacer el check in para que te hagan los laboratorios , sola hay dos empleadas una en reception y la que hace los examenes , creo que deberian tener mas personal ya que hay muchos pacientes que frecuentan el lugar
