I had a terrible experience at LabCorp in Huntington. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and was told they didn’t have the prescription my doctor had sent. Despite confirming with my doctor’s office that the script was faxed, LabCorp said they don’t have a fax yet (how is that even possible?) and offered no solution. I asked if I could email it—they said yes—but then claimed they never received it, blaming my cell signal (yet they have no Wi-Fi…and somehow still get emails?). They have moved from this location to 775 New York Av, Hungtington. But even their email confirmation listed the old address (775 Park Ave, Huntington, NY) as the location to go to. Very poor communication.

This was my first visit to the Huntington LabCorp location. The office was conveniently situated in a building with ample parking. The staff was courteous and highly skilled. I had made an appointment, and when I arrived, I submitted my paperwork. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and they were able to draw my blood on the first try.
