The lab tech, Jenessa is absolutely wonderful. She is efficient, knowledgeable and kind. One of the best employees I have encountered since going to this location. Keep up the good work Jenessa!!

Friendly . The only issue is you cannot hear your name being called through a door from another room. They expect you to hear through a small 30 x 18 pass through opening in a wall . Otherwise all staff was friendly to me .

Beware, if u have insurance and they can't confirm it at the moment, they charge you and if your insurance pays them when it goes thru, you will not get your money back. I had receipts ,and insurance proof that the paid them as well, but since lab corp ,corporate couldn't even fine the invoice number( conveniently), it tried for months thru email, send proof, phone calls etc. Nothing

Staff is friendly enough and the phlebotomist is very good. I went in for blood work after surgery, with a walker , I told them the doc sent the script in to them . The girl said I found it . I went and took a seat to get my blood drawn and it was an old script of blood work that I already had !!!! Didn't she see that ?? I told the lady this isn't the right script .( Good thing I checked ) She said u need to tell us this was sent in . I said I did🤦.
