Been using this location for years. The staff has always been professional and accommodating. I always make an appointment online.
I went in today for blood work related to multiple ongoing health issues. I checked in around 9:30 AM. After waiting for over an hour and watching at least 10 people, who arrived after me get called, complete their blood work, and leave, I finally asked what was going on. At that point, staff seemed unaware that my name was even in the system. Terrible experience. I will never use this lab again. Staff was rude and inconsiderate.
I used to go to stony brook out patient lab until I spent such long waiting periods . I finally decided to try Labcorp and I was so happy and shocked when I got in ( due to pregnancy ) I’m here often. I am in and out so fast no matter how many people waiting they never have you wait too long ! Not to mention the staff here are so kind and helpful definitely happy to go to this location and my new lab draw go to ! 🙏🏼
