Terrible experience. I will never use this lab again. Staff was rude and inconsiderate.
I used to go to stony brook out patient lab until I spent such long waiting periods . I finally decided to try Labcorp and I was so happy and shocked when I got in ( due to pregnancy ) I’m here often. I am in and out so fast no matter how many people waiting they never have you wait too long ! Not to mention the staff here are so kind and helpful definitely happy to go to this location and my new lab draw go to ! 🙏🏼
Disorganization and suspicious employee behavior at this location.
I had an appt at the Port Jeff lab; but due to a power outage there, they rerouted all patients to the Stony Brook location. I was concerned there would be a long wait, but there was not - I only waited about 5 minutes. My tech was Myra and she was very kind, understanding and skilled - I had no pain nor any issues afterwards. Thank you Myra!
