I had an appt at the Port Jeff lab; but due to a power outage there, they rerouted all patients to the Stony Brook location. I was concerned there would be a long wait, but there was not - I only waited about 5 minutes. My tech was Myra and she was very kind, understanding and skilled - I had no pain nor any issues afterwards. Thank you Myra!

I’m writing this review as potential documentation if needed. I went today at around 2 o’clock on June 2, 2025 and I didn’t get the girls name but I would be able to recognize her if needed. She put gloves on & then went back into the front desk area, held a piece of paper, folded it, came into exam room 1 with me, touched the computer keypad & the mouse & not once did she change her gloves after touching all of these things. Disorganization and suspicious employee behavior. First off, the blonde woman behind the counter tried over billing me for my copay. She wasted time arguing with me, rather than taking a moment to scan my card. I instead got the bill in the mail (which was the amount I told them I pay, and just scanning my insurance would have made it easier for both of us).
