This branch must have made several changes because I had a very pleasant and different experience today in Labcorp Bayshore as compared to previous reviews. Walk in for my 9 year old daughter for STAT lab work at 1030am. Waiting room had 2 people. Two other non English speaking patients (I add this based on previous reviews) walked in as I was registering and were greeted immediately and assisted. Absolutely amazing experience! Mehvish & Shantel were an absolutely pleasure to deal with. It’s rare you find anyone smiling, pleasant & going out of their way to help make your experience easy & stress free. I waited no longer than 10 minutes & was out 5 minutes later. I watched them do all the correct protocols & in a timely manner too. I even overheard them with other patients & everyone was treated with the same kindness & respect. I was here @7am as they unlocked the doors because i have an early work schedule and needed to be in/out .I was greeted in a friendly manner from the Tech Mehvish that let me inside and then a hello from the receptionist . Both techs seem well alert and ready to start their day and seemed very attentive to all especially the little girl that was scared of getting blood drawn for the 1st time . Thank you Team Bay Shore !
