Today 7/3/26 at 7:45 AM I arrived at the lab and I had a scheduled appointment and showed the confirmation to the lady upfront named sandra and she told me I didn't have any appointment registered and Sandra upfront with attitude said I had to register all over again even though I already showed her my confirmation for appointment, also when i was doing my drug test she was telling me to hurry up even though i was the only person at the lab "supposedly they close early today". It’s my favorite. Because no rush . If some one not getting early drug test . They can this location for early drug test. As wel nice staff.
Had a drug test done here today, I am trying to understand the bad ratings... as it was the most pleasant experience I've had in a long time from a medical facility. The woman at the front desk was kind, explained the process to me, and I was done in under 10 mins. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
Really appreciated the fast service today
