Worst testing site I’ve ever been too. was the only person in when I arrived at 10:30am and ended up waiting till 12:15 to get seen because the lady was on break and they don’t have multiple urine testers. When she did get here I ended up waiting behind multiple walk ins when I arrrived way before them. honestly the worst testing site I’ve been too and won’t be going to another one here
unprofessional, no communication, and extremely rude. After 40 mins of waiting, with an appointment, I got up to ask if I was still on the list since my name was taken off the board. Rude woman at the front ignored me for 10 minutes as I stood in front of her, then told me to sit down and wait. After another hour of waiting, I got up to ask again. A new lady at the front then told me they never told her I was here.
