While this place deserves more than one star, and my personal experience was long but fair, I did have a chance to witness much of what people are complaining about in my 55 minute respite in the wating area: 1) The woman at the front desk (the one checking in patients) was so off-putting that, at one point, the complete stranger next to me asked, "Is it me, or does she seem miserable?" Walk-in accepted Lot of people waiting for appointments but they did great to accommodate everyone, it took one hour to get my turn If you dont have time , i strongly recommend to visit with appointment Appointment visitors walked away quickly Very well maintained Staff is super friendly Parking places are limited infront of this building but you can find spots nearby Wheelchair accessible place and have couple of parking spots
I visited this place on Friday, January 23, 2026, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The two employees working there were rude and completely unprofessional — absolutely unacceptable for any business. I left immediately and went to Freehold, where I received excellent service and a far more respectful experience.
Yes, you guessed it!!! Grace is rude and got very nasty when I went in for blood tests. I never leave negative reviews but I cannot tell you enough how bad it was for me to even think of doing this. ***The girl who drew the test was very nice but that front desk woman is unprofessional and miserable*** Clearly, they allow her to keep her job after all these reviews. So to you “management” I will never go back there again and it’s in my neighborhood which is very convenient. They need to completely renovate and clean out hous... read more
