I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the experience my daughter and I had here was unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, the woman at the front desk (later identified as Grace) was unfriendly and cold. I let it go at first, but it only got worse. My daughter, who has a serious phobia of needles, was visibly anxious during her blood draw. Unless you made an appointment, go elsewhere. Otherwise you will be guaranteed a 1 hour + wait. Guaranteed. They are always understaffed and stressed so don’t ask anyone any questions. Just wait and get out as soon as you can.
