Employees are rude. They don’t talk to you. The place is hidden and theirs barely any seating area. They closed the little window and put a kiosk. Which I get but seriously their should at least be someone their to help out. It felt unsanitary. I understand they’re just doing their job but it doesn’t hurt to be friendly to patients who feel uncomfortable, coming from a medical assistant. Horrible service, the lab technician Raquel was very unprofessional by stating my personal information and requirements while in the waiting room, right before bringing me back to the lab room. Going against hippa regulations.
Just coming here to say this LabCorp location is awesome! I have visited several locations and this one has been the best visit so far! I was in and out in 15 minutes with no wait. Very very pleasant staff!
This place was awesome! They got me in before my scheduled time. Chuck was the best! He is a floater for multiple labcorp and he was friendly and great customer service! I only saw him and one other technician and she seem friendly. Not sure about any other staff there.
