They have some satellite office across the street in the Rocio Perez office, I walk in and the lady stays giving me attitude about not having my orders with me. I guess they don't send orders digitally like Quest labs. When I asked why they don't send the orders digitally, she pointed at the sign. I said I didn't read it because I just noticed the Spanish then she asked me if I don't read English and pointed at the sign underneath the Spanish then told me I could go to quest of I preferred... great service.
Once you check in, then you go into endless waiting with the Window and door shut. We had to knock for someone to come out and give some kind of response. His response was ‘am the only one here’. You can choose to wait or leave or comeback’. When asked why the window was closed with no one in site, his response was ‘our window is always closed’. This was past 8am. Phones and voice messages are not being answered. I think they need more staff, customer service training and openness for business
This isbthe worst Labcorp location i ever been too. The guy with ponytail and tattoes has the worst attitude i ever seen, extremely RUDE...fax machine always busy and can't receive timely faxs and email system sucks, they can't even receive emails with labwork. While people are frustrated they seem to not care if you grt services or not
Closes at 11 on Saturday, NOT 12 as described. The lady manager did not allow me to drug test after I signed in at 11 am. She explained that they close at 12 and I need to be signed in before 11 am. The office was completely empty only myself and another person in the lobby. The person before me walked out at 11:12 am. I am in the parking lot crying my eyes out watching this.
