Me encantó este lugar, me an tomado sangre en otros lugares y la espera es bastante aunque no haiga pasientes, en cambio en LABCORP, fue rápido me registre y a los 3 min. Me llamaron para tomar la muestra de sangre. Todo fue rápido, con un trato especial y con mucha amabilidad del muchacho Sr. Tes morena, es totalmente un buen profesional! cuando mucho dure 15 min. desde el tiempo q me registre hasta salir de la clínica. Lo recomiendo!!❤️❤️❤️
I suggest everyone file a formal complaint against this location. The entire staff at this location is incompetent, unprofessional and was down right rude to every patient that was in the waiting room that day. They mishandled lab work causing significant delays in diagnosis and treatment. It’s unacceptable to have to deal with such incompetence when your health is on the line. Couldn't have worse customer service. Because none exist. No front desk staff. It's a kiosk. No way to get help for labs until someone come to door. Phone Number leads you to a national 1800 number thar has a busy signal. What a joke for 500 dollar labs
The normal staff were rude to the people in the lobby. The man I dealt with while taking my drug screen was very nice and helpful though. I also recommend making sure you have all of your paperwork ready and correct. Most people were showing up without the proper documents and that was causing the issues in the lobby.
