Couldn't have worse customer service. Because none exist. No front desk staff. It's a kiosk. No way to get help for labs until someone come to door. Phone Number leads you to a national 1800 number thar has a busy signal. What a joke for 500 dollar labs
The normal staff were rude to the people in the lobby. The man I dealt with while taking my drug screen was very nice and helpful though. I also recommend making sure you have all of your paperwork ready and correct. Most people were showing up without the proper documents and that was causing the issues in the lobby. Why does my NP keep changing? I’ve been through 3 with no warning within the last 2 yrs.
Sorry to give this location a negative review BUT 1. They are ALWAYS short on staff 2. Their “system” appears to be down A LOT 3. My results often take a week or more to come in No issues with the staff but this location always has some issue going on. Please hire more staff and fix the computer system so it’s not down so often
Employees are rude. They don’t talk to you. The place is hidden and theirs barely any seating area. They closed the little window and put a kiosk. Which I get but seriously their should at least be someone their to help out. It felt unsanitary. I understand they’re just doing their job but it doesn’t hurt to be friendly to patients who feel uncomfortable, coming from a medical assistant.
