Why bother making an appointment if you get there on time for the appointment and still have to wait 40+ minutes while walk-in clients are called back ahead of you?
Outstanding customer service, I have been going to labcorp for years and I have never had a technical complete my lab work so nice as I did today. The technician did an outstanding job.
I was worried with the reviews but honestly I had a great visit. I didn't have an appointment and the wait time was very short. Staff were so nice and very good with the blood draw. I'll definitely go there again.

This is the worst lab I have ever used. Their online check in process is a joke - make an appointment, you check in, are told to wait "wherever you are comfortable" and they will text you when it is your turn. Never received a text and when questioned, we were told it has never worked. Had to check in AGAIN even after waiting 20 minutes for the appointment.
