Great experience here, I had a appointment for 2:45 and out of here at 3:05. Nice people. They were missing one tube so they couldn't do all the tests but they are going to get some from the main office and call me tomorrow.
Good customer service
Can’t say enough positive things about the ladies at the edgewater labcorp (in Walgreens) my 11 yr old son and I went to get blood work done and they called us back the same time (we had appointments 20 minutes apart) and quickly realized he might need a bit more support. And they were so patient and reassuring and the one phlebotomist held a fan for him and had him squeeze her hand while the other did the actual blood draw. Technician rushed appointment & did not provide understanding, compassionate care when asking questions about insurance. Will not be back
After waiting for over 40 minutes, I had to leave to make it to another appointment. I don't understand why they offer appointments if they do not even come close to seeing you at your scheduled time.
