worst place. they are never on time with their appointments.
This is the worst lab I have ever used. Their online check in process is a joke - make an appointment, you check in, are told to wait "wherever you are comfortable" and they will text you when it is your turn. Never received a text and when questioned, we were told it has never worked. Had to check in AGAIN even after waiting 20 minutes for the appointment. This Labcorp is in a Walgreens that is dirty, with filthy floors, and an air of neglect. There was spilled "stuff" in the aisles, long dried, dirt, dust, and unkempt shelves. It was so dirty I wouldn't even buy food here; I don't think you could trust it. The Labcorp check-in kiosks were filthy and smeared with unknown grossness, and the overhead TV with names was inaccurate, and people would disappear from the list without being called. Closed early in me. Need test for employment but they didn’t care
These techs are awesome. Appts are a breeze. Walk-ins even more of a breeze. They should get no less then 5 stars. Keep in mind, doing blood work means using a needle as well. Just wanted to make sure all were prepared. I drive from Bowie to Edgewater because I favor this place. Waste of gas? No. Sure takes a lot more. But ehh.
