My whole experience here was great. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in and the woman working (on March 14) was so nice and understanding even after my doctor had messed up my orders. Will be returning and recommending to others who need blood drawn.
I had one of the greatest customer service experiences here. I was greeted by Julie the moment I walked through the door, taken back immediately for my appointment, and she was very kind, thorough, and efficient. The facility is quiet and clean. This place was a WORLD of difference from Quest, where I usually go. I will be returning to Labcorp for any labwork needs in the future. I highly recommend!
no line great service
I’ve been fighting this bill for over a year. I was quoted $40 for bloodwork and chose Labcorp as they were in network with my insurance. Due to THEIR error, I’m being billed nearly $700. I am exhausted. The customer service line is extremely unhelpful and it is impossible to reach the correct people via email. Stay away from this company - they are extortionists. I also have safety and sanitary concerns as my phlebotomist didn’t wear proper gloves (she broke her fingers through) and had acrylic nails.
