Went here in September for a blood draw and to pick up a test-this is the closest one to me and I was first in line when they opened. One very rude young man only one there. He told me to make an appointment in the future and go to another Labcorp because he is the only one there and is busy. Need to go back soon and will go to Cockeysville. I called them today and no appointment needed and the woman I spoke with was very helpful.
Just left labcorp in forest hill. The man that works their (I don't know his name)is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Just needed to drop off a stool sample he wouldn't except it because I was two minutes late,3:02,and on the website it says there open till 5.When I asked if it will be okay over the weekend, because today is Friday, he very rudely said he didn't know. When I picked up the specimen container's he was not helpful at all about how to collect the samples. For now on I'll be going to quest.
The employees are nice, but Plan on waiting a long long time.
Just left Lab Corp in Forest Hill. The two young ladies, Nikki and Dana were amazing! So friendly, fast and efficient. Keep up the good work!!!!
