7am is when they open according to Google and the signs on the door. I walk in 7:30AM to a completely empty office aside from the employees behind the counter & I’m told they start at 9 and to come back at 8:30… please adjust your hours.

How is this place even open?!?!? I’ve never been to a LabCorp where I was treated with care. Unprofessional, rude, and drag their feet for everything! No communication, systems are either broken or frozen and the ladies behind the counter could care less and it’s always “just have a seat”

Dystopian vibes. Overcrowded waiting room without adequate seating. Woman at front desk manages patients like a corrections officer in a prison and makes it clear you have to be subservient to her. Observed multiple incidents with various patients treated poorly during my wait time. It's clear she is barely willing to lift a finger, hates people, and doesn't want to work. I was very pleased with the service, I walked in without an appointment, but didn't have to wait at all. Technician was very kind, & answered all my questions! (I cant say the same about a different location I visited...)

No customer service, you can wait in line here 2 hours and no one will look at you, save your time and effort go somewhere else
