There system is always down apparently having an appointment doesn't mean anything. By you being on time or earlier for an appointment that would mean you can easily wait an hour or so even with an appointment....
First time at this location with my Dad. The lobby was full with 3 empty chairs in the office. I asked to bring a chair to sit on and was denied. They have board up stating "Be kind ."???

lady at the desk is unpleasant, and her attitude towards patients simply trying to get by is vile. the wait time was ridiculous as well.
