Very rude
I walked in for my drug test for pre employment. and MAGGIE sitting at the front desk was really rude - didn’t speak clearly when I asked for instructions on what to do. She had a negative attitude. She also was not welcoming or friendly. I felt miserable being here meanwhile I should be excited for my career. Her negative energy really gave me a bad vibe for this Lab Corp location. I was impressed by the patience, kindness, and professionalism at the Pomona Labcorp, even while backed up with long lines and language barriers. I came in for multiple tests. Maggie up-front and Bert were a great team: calm and caring, despite the busy environment. Wait lines weren’t long either - not my usual experience at a Labcorp.
Horrible office, understaffed, slow, with bad attitude. Unfortunately, not many alternatives around.
I have an unreasonable fear of bloodwork (bad early experience - passed out as a kid). I approach bloodwork the way an unprepared student feels before taking a test. I have to say two things about Maggie : 1. She is the best person that has ever taken my blood - quick, painless, and understands my fear. 2 Maggie is so pleasant and has such a positive outlook on life I enjoy speaking with her.
