Lady at the window on Friday, February 13 2026 has the absolute worst attitude. Rude for no reason. It was my first time getting labs done, I don’t know what to do or where to go and she made sure to make me feel like an idiot for it. just miserable
Best lab staff ever. Very patient, cheerful, and willing to help patients that were confused or unable to operate the electronic checkin. One staffer even took an elderly woman down the hall to her Dr’s office to see why she was at the lab as she was very confused. Help was quick and efficient!
Horrible place to come get labs waiting for an hour and a half asked the lady up front when we got there if we needed anything she waits an hour and a half to tell me I need a order from a doctor waist of time reason why I asked in the beginning horrible and unprofessional service
The receptionist is so unprofessional and does not communicate well with the patient about wait times. She makes up something says someone should call you in a few minutes when you’ll really be waiting for an hour in a half. I don’t know why this lab corp has a receptionist because you don’t check-in at the front desk. As soon as you get there she will tell you to check-in at at one of the tablets and the tablet is across the room. This place needs a class on professional at the front desk because it’s horrible.
Poor excuse for a lab office. No way people should be lined up outside for hours waiting for simple labs regardless of having an appointment or not. Inadequate management and staff…I’d rather drive out of town to have lab work done at least I wouldn’t have my whole wrecked for a two minute process. Do not waist you time going here…all you’ll do is wait in a place with no cell reception and listen to the slow staff laughing in the back. Never again!!!
