Wife had transplant and is not supposed to be around a lot of people the place stays packed room full over flows down the hallway. We took her discharge papers from musc with lab orders on it and they were unable to use them due to policy. I called musc had them send the lab orders electronically labcorp never received them they say wanted me to continue to wait in the packed room. Simple and painless
Go to another location. Anywhere but here. NASTY front counter staff. Deliberately treat people terrible just because they can. Horrible location.
Waited and waited. Girl said they texted me. She never called my name. I'm not deaf. No reception in there but they insist on a cellphone number. She said takes appointments first. Good friend and others without appointment were taken before me. Person taking blood is fine but apparently slow or more needed in back since it's obvious how few are going back.
