I have been waiting for two hours for routine blood work. When I asked at the window how much longer it would be, they just told me they would get to me when they got to me. People in the waiting room are furious. Some are leaving. What is the problem? Why so slow?
Been here 5 minutes and the lady at the front already irritated me or should I say I irritated her by standing at the window letting her know what I was here for, didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to speak to her 😭 maybe put up a sign saying don’t speak to receptionist sign in at kiosk and ppl would know
Condescending and rude. A difference on how people are treated depending on color.
