I was scheduled to have lab work done at the Aiken location. I checked the reviews, they were horrible. However, my experience was totally different. Upon entering I encountered Jessica at the front desk. She greeted me with a smile and genuine concern. She was extremely professional and courteous. Next I saw Selina; drawing patients. Again I was treated with respect, kindness and a beautiful smile. Her professional expertise was amazing. I am grateful to both staff members for displaying incredible customer service skills.
By far the rudest people Ive ever met, they don't appropriately have paperwork that gets sent out involving them marked with appropriate timing seems like that would be a simple communication, along with the fact I wasted gas based on the paperwork I was given saying it was open till 5
I TRIED to register an online account to simply see my test results and it was like getting into ft knox. At the end they started asking me questions about Myself THAT ONLY I SHOULD KNOW!!! INFORMATION THAT I NEVER GAVE THEM!!! If I Didn't answer it correctly, They said "We Dont Recognize You" and wouldn't let me in! They Are NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO KNOW Any of That PERSONAL INFORMATION About Myself PERIOD TO BEGIN WITH!!! How DARE THEY!!!!!! Im DONE With This!!!
My husband and I are new to the Aiken, SC area. This was the first time we had our bloodwork and urine sample work done through LabCorp on University Parkway. The woman who checked us in and did our work (unfortunately I did not get her name but service provided on 8/27/25 around 8:15 am) was very friendly and efficient. What a positive experience! Barely a pinch and after can't even see a mark. Thank you for making our medical transition a little easier.
My husband needed lab work and we were on our way out of Aiken on a trip. When we showed up, it was nearly lunchtime and we were told we'd have to wait an hour. Amy M was kind enough to squeeze him in for a lab draw. It was painless and quick! Thank you so much Amy, for accommodating our needs and going out of your way for us!
