Amy M. did a great job drawing blood today. My veins are not always easy to find, and Amy was quick and painfree. At a previous visit to this office, another technician poked me 8 times before finding a vein, which left me with a bruise 6" long by 2" wide. I will ask for Amy every time in need blood drawn!
There’s a reason why I only use Labcorp in Aiken. The staff is very professional. Today, Amy heard my concerns about how difficult my veins are. Used a ‘butterfly’ needle and in no time-no pain I was on my way out. Thank you, Amy, for your caring professionalism!
My technician was Amy M. I really liked her! She was personable and friendly. She chatted with me so I wouldn't be so focused on the blood draw, which isn't always so easy for me. When I checked in it said my wait time could be an hour but it was only 15 min. This is my third time coming here and each time has been good.

RUDEST group of employees. Will ignore customers at the window to finish personal conversations. VERY short and snippy with everyone. Woman at the front desk with short, dark hair would not even get up to help an elderly man who was very clearly struggling with the kiosk- she just sat and stared at him and rolled her eyes instead of GETTING UP to help him. The only one who had any decency was Jessica M. who handled the urinalysis. She was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Avoid this location if at all possible.
