I was at this location this morning needing bloodwork completed. During my wait, I witnessed the lady at the front desk rudely dismissing an elderly woman that was asking for help with the kiosk. She told her that she only needed to scan her license and that it was easy. She was very obviously irritated at the lady for simply asking for help. If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would. I went in for a drug screen to gain access to a construction site for my job. Amy Morton, the collector, was completely unprofessional. My test started at 10:24 and by policy and procedure youre suppose to have 3 hours to give a sample. She kicked me out of the office at noon and sent my test results in as ‘refusal to test’. Amanda drew my blood today, and she was wonderful! She drew my blood with no problem and I barely felt the needle insertion. She is the only person I have had to tell me to take a deep breath and exhale and she even taught me about how my breathing affected the bloodflow. She was also super careful to not pull on my skin with the rubberband strap, did the most thorough cleaning of the insertion point beforehand, and bandaged me well but didn't wrap the bandage excessively tight like others do. Amy M. is always so pleasant and professional. I am very hard to stick and every time I have the pleasure of having her as my lab tech, I never have any bruising or pain. Which I truly appreciate since I am terrified of blood and needles! Love using this Labcorp solely because of her.
