Refuses to use any personal comfort devices like a shot blocker just because they refuse to educate themselves on the device even when the person who brought was very knowledgeable in it. Simple ready to use and doesnt go in the skin just on it, not interfering at all in their job. Just a simple comfort device refused and a mom words shut down with a lazy excuse given No where else has ever denied the use of this device including this lab Corp. Who now suddenly forgot how to care for their patients.

Had my blood drawn uneventfully. 15 days later no results. Called the local office and they said sorry, I remember drawing it and know we sent it out but I have no idea what happened after that. You have to call customer service to get back your $93. I called and was on hold forever. No one ever picked up. My provider now says he has a “partial result”. What the heck does that even mean? Horrible company . No accountability. I will NEVER go back. And still have no way to get my damn money back. They SUCK

I went in this morning at about 9:45 AM for blood work for an upcoming surgery. Julie who drew my blood today was great. She used to work for my primary care doctor. She has always done a good job. Very easy and quick.

I had a great experience today at LabCorp. Made an appointment at 9:30 for a pre employment drug test. They called me to let me know ahead of time that I need to be there before 9:30 to do the drug test as they stop on Saturdays at 9:30 for that specific test. I got there early and they got me in early. Julie was great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
