Went and got my blood drawn and PAID and almost a week later I inquired about where my lab results are and I’m told they don’t have a record of it. Terrible services after a long wait

I've got my blood work done today, and I was brave about the needles.🩸🩹
Receptionist was fine and wait time was fine however horrible experience getting my blood drawn. I usually have no problem, always excellent service at this location however today was an exception. The phlebotomist had horrible bedside manner, poor customer skills. She had needle in my arm after a second stick , giggling it around and telling me while needle still in my arm "It doesn't hurt that bad"!!! I'm in pain and said how do you know?
