We went to labcorp on medical park dr in Petersburg. It is the worst. The lady who drew my daughters blood was really rude. She jabed her with the needle before she even let my daughter know what was happening then when my daughter gasp twice she said she wouldn't draw her blood if she was going to do all that. RUDE.
I wish I could give zero stars. I’m autistic for further context so this is extremely unprofessional and triggering when handling any patient. I was given a lady who was going to do my blood, everything was fine I confirmed my date of birth and everything, nothing was wrong. What a massive dung heap! I woulda been better going to a witch doctor and getting a good ole fashioned "bleeding" via a dried crows foot. People there had personalities of rocks. They were closed on 9 Dec 2025 due to inclement weather. What a crock! McDonalds, Bojangles, WalMart, etc, all open for business. This Labcorp location is totally unreliable. Don't go there!
Excellent overall! Wife and I had 11:00 and 11:30 appointments. Arrived at 10:45 and checked in. At 11:00 both were called in together. After 10 to 15 minutes blood had been drawn for both and we were headed out the door. The phlebotomist was excellent, charming, and very efficient.
Belinda was very professional and informative.
