Got there signed in at 7:30. at 9:30 i went to the window and asked respectfully if maybe i'd been skipped. lady with the ugliest attitude i can recall in decades says to me "oh yeah i guess we did for some reason..." handed me a clip board and instructed me to give her the same information i'd already given on the check-in system. she was like DMV nasty!!!finally at 10:30 i was called to the back by a lady who was only slightly less repugnant and finally given a simple drug urine test. Went and got my blood drawn and PAID and almost a week later I inquired about where my lab results are and I’m told they don’t have a record of it. Terrible services after a long wait
