Rude to the extreme even to the elderly. I will not be spending a dime at this location for my bloodwork it doesn’t take much to act as if you have respect for your patrons especially your elders. Says a lot about the businesses focus (profits) and the character of the women working at the desk. They had a scowl on as soon as they saw me approach the desk. Good luck in here.
More espresso less “depresso “ Too funny. Not a bad place when it’s super busy it gets crazy but thats everywhere
Very friendly staff, and reasonable waiting times. Clearly some days are busier than others but the wait time is not bad at all.
Girl taking the blood was rough. She plucked my vain which i have never experienced. She did not engage and was not cordial. The front desk was very cordial and polite. She then used the largest needle and stuck it too far. I have great veins. The blood was slow to come out. I am now in pain. I hope she was sanitary with my blood draw.
What a great visit! The area was so clean and organized, not a lot of waiting because i went super early, everyone was friendly and polite, front desk and the phlebotomist who took care of me Sarah was super great at her job and helpful as well. 😊
