Great experience every time I've gone.
Not usually busy, appointments guarantee you're not waiting, friendly staff, convenient location! The nurse was phenomenally quick at entering my ELEVEN orders from St. Peter's (they can send them electronically, but sometimes the system doesn't work so St. Pete's gave me physically copies of the test orders). I used to go very often to have levels checked, and new tests that were all sent there from Glens Falls Hospital; the staff began to know me both from my face and my orders. They messed up the handling of my specimens, and the tests were not done! Do not use this location!
