The wait for walk in is awful and not much seating, but if you have an appointment it goes very fast.
I have repeatedly observed the front-desk staff interacting with patients, particularly elderly patients, in a manner that is dismissive, impatient, and unnecessarily rude. Patients who approach the desk for assistance with the required iPad check-in are frequently not given the help they need. Instead, they can appear to be treated as though their questions or difficulty navigating the check-in process are an inconvenience.
