I agree with all of the reviews. The customer service is the worse. Once you get pass the crabby apples, I find some of intake people and the blood takers competent, kind and professional. It's just getting by the beasts at the door. I have been coming since my kids were toddlers when it wasn't so bad, but over the years it's gotten worse!

This is the WORST place to go! My third time back with 2 kids under 5 and the customer service could not have been worse. The staff is extremely rude. I patiently waited over an hour with 2 extremely restless kids for my 3 yo to be seen (not uncommon for this location) and when I very politely asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be before we were seen, she responded with the worst attitude, she started by rolling her eyes like I had inconvenienced her by asking, and basically told me that it would be an... read more

My husband and I had appointments scheduled at 8:45 and 9:15, respectively on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016. Upon arriving I signed in and was told to have a seat (there was only one additional person in the waiting room). A person walked in and was immediately told to go in. So I approached the front desk and asked the person sitting toward the back why my name had not been called, since I had a scheduled appointment and the women before did not.
