I had to wait over a hour in order for them to see me, I scheduled and appointment with them around 11am. I also walked into the clinic and checked in on the pad in the lobby. Then I sat in the lobby for maybe 15 minutes. They said nothing to me, so I went and sat in my car waiting on them to text me when the next lab technician would be ready. They never did. Courtesy Staff who were excellent and very efficient. I only waited about 5 minutes to get my Labs.
staff was snappy over the phone. I had a long wait time and had to give a credit card to place on file so they can charge but no clue how much or when it will come out. I won't do that again
I had a very positive experience at this lab in Wilson. They were all friendly and efficient. ( especially the one who took my blood .She deserves a raise ! )Will go there again and recommend them to my clients
