There at 7am still waiting to have blood drawn at8am only one person working both check in and drawing blood. Unacceptable in my opinion.
Made two appts 10 mins apart. We showed up 10 mins early for those appts and still are waiting. I was saw but my husband has been waiting for his appt for about an hour now. They are understaffed and just don’t care to communicate with the clients. It’s a small facility. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see us waiting here while others are coming and going. 930am appointment means nothing to these people!
The woman working the front desk was incredibly rude. I made an On Demand appt and scanned my QR code when I got there. She was sitting behind the desk arguing with her bank about her overdraft charges on her AirPods. She demanded to see my paperwork from my dr. I explained that I didn’t have any because I scheduled an on demand appt. She said “well, a doctor is gonna see your results aren’t they?” So rudely. Had 1 person checking everyone in, and taking blood.. Was here at 8am, and hadn't even been called up to the desk for my paperwork over an hour later! Mind you ive already checked in on the kiosk with 15 plus checked in ahead of me! What an absolute slow disaster! Update: over 2 hours sitting here and have yet to get my blood drawn! This place makes Veteran Affairs look like speed racer! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE
