They need to do their jobs! The last two times I have been there they did not run all the test ordered and would not return my phone calls asking where the results were. My doctor finally called after a week of me trying to get answers. They forgot the second page. Specimen is no longer good. They will call me to come back to have blood drawn again. Very unsanitary conditions today. The restroom has not been cleaned. My insurance dictates I have to use LabCorp. This is unacceptable.
Recommended**Update 3-4-19** The two techs are Tameka and Nicole! Thank you ladies!!! AND the person at reception stated my lab order had been there since the 14th of February. The person who checked me in on Saturday just didn't look hard enough. As I stated , she lacked in personality and customer service. I told the person at reception today, I GUESS she was tired...
