This is the LabCorp to go to! I had an appointment but they took me back before my appt time. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. I came to the Lewes LabCorp after waiting over 1.5 hours at the Rehoboth LabCorp previously (and still not being seen). Everyone was so nice and helpful here!
I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Labcorp in Lewes, Delaware. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional. What really stood out to me is how patient and respectful they remain—even in situations where other patients were being rude or difficult. I showed up for a scheduled drug screen at LabCorp, only to be told they didn’t have anyone available to perform it. No one contacted me beforehand — when I asked why, the response was, “I was too busy.” Staff were visibly stressed and rushing around. This place is clearly understaffed or poorly managed. I went to Quest nearby instead and had a great experience. Avoid this location — do you really want someone overworked and rushed handling your lab work?
Rikiya was burning calories checking us in! And her brain is a supercomputer!! I witnessed her seamlessly, gracefully, and simultaneously manage to: • check in three patients at time • with a full waiting area of appointments and walk-ins • while quickly checking for open rooms • and intermittently walking paper work to someone(s) • and ensuring it was the correct room for the patient • and answering interrupting questions from patients in the back and waiting room She is not normal!
