Walked in at 7am with whole family to get all of our blood drawn. Son (3), daughter (6), wife, and myself. We were taken right back and Sonya was amazing with the kids. She entertained them and talked to them the entire time. No tears from either one. Great experience.
Walked in on a Thursday morning at 7:15. Was take in within 10 minutes and out shortly after. Phlebomist was Ana, she wasted fast, very good at her job and fun to talk with
Rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Tried to ask a simple question and she started yelling.
The experience at this location was horrible. They need to hire people that want to work. Went to a Beebee lab express where they new what customer service is.
Awful. Waited an hour and still had 8 people in front of me in the que. Ended up walking out after they said it'd still be an additional hour. There are never any available appointments either unless you book more than a week out.
