I showed up for a scheduled drug screen at LabCorp, only to be told they didn’t have anyone available to perform it. No one contacted me beforehand — when I asked why, the response was, “I was too busy.” Staff were visibly stressed and rushing around. This place is clearly understaffed or poorly managed. I went to Quest nearby instead and had a great experience. Avoid this location — do you really want someone overworked and rushed handling your lab work?

Rikiya was burning calories checking us in! And her brain is a supercomputer!! I witnessed her seamlessly, gracefully, and simultaneously manage to: • check in three patients at time • with a full waiting area of appointments and walk-ins • while quickly checking for open rooms • and intermittently walking paper work to someone(s) • and ensuring it was the correct room for the patient • and answering interrupting questions from patients in the back and waiting room She is not normal! I'd give 0 stars if I could, not sure why I come back here. Make an appointment months ahead of time, walking, it 20 below zero inside only 64° outside... I think one person is checking people in and drawing blood. How is this running a good business! Avoid at all cost, from now on I will.
