Clean, new building. Easy in and out for bloodwork as well as a painless procedure.
The front desk staff (I believe her name was Vivian) was extremely rude. I came in with a smile and gave her my info. I just relocated back to Ohio so my insurance is not active so I followed up with a question regarding how much the service will be since I have to pay out of pocket & wanted to be sure I had enough. Tried to call testing place to see if I could still come in due to my request being expired. Phone line stated they were closed and they aren’t. So I have to drive all the way there to see if I can still complete my culture.
Come for a pre employment drug screen I take it and notice the cup is leaking then the tech pours it into another cup tells me I can go wash up, after I get done washing up she finally checks the temp, like 4 or 5 minutes later and says she won't take it because it wasn't 90°! Well if she looked when I handed it to her like she is supposed to it would've been good! And they're very hateful to boot no one has time for your hatefulness!
