Clean, new building. Easy in and out for bloodwork as well as a painless procedure.
The front desk staff (I believe her name was Vivian) was extremely rude. I came in with a smile and gave her my info. I just relocated back to Ohio so my insurance is not active so I followed up with a question regarding how much the service will be since I have to pay out of pocket & wanted to be sure I had enough. She kept repeating she don’t have my paper work, I was thinking she could have been talking about the normal paper work you would fill out at most offices but what she needed was a doctor referral (I was unaware)... read more
Tried to call testing place to see if I could still come in due to my request being expired. Phone line stated they were closed and they aren’t. So I have to drive all the way there to see if I can still complete my culture.
