Worst experience ever! Very rude to start! The lady busted my vein, and than NEGLECTED to even send out my lab work I had done! I have been waiting for five days now for my results to finally get ahold of a supervisor to tell me my blood work or anything from that day wasn't even in the system ! Are you kidding me ! If that's not malpractice I don't know what is !!! Do yourself a favor and do not go to this labcorp ! You will regret it !
My husband went there to get bloodwork done. They missed one of the tests. We made another appointment and when he gets there, she "can't pull up the order". He suggests calling the doctor's office and she replies "we can't do that right now". He then suggests that it should be in their system because they missed doing the test the last time. Her response was "we already sent it out, if they had called to let us know we missed it, we would have done it for free". Will NEVER go back there.
