Sample “Lost in transit” . What a waste of time now i have to go back and deal with the unprofessional
Very incompetent and a waste of time to go for anything. Go to another lab they don't even know how to run tests correctly. It's pointless to schedule an appt because they don't know how to deal with appts either
Throughout my visit, I found the environment to be unprofessional. The staff appeared more engaged in personal conversations than in assisting customers, which made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Furthermore, the lack of assistance provided made for an uncomfortable experience. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the standard of service at your establishment.
Very unsure how to rate my visit. Suppose pros vs cons. Pros: office was clean, in a clean and well-maintained building. Park is a bit awkward but clearly to make ample room for patients needing handicap parking space. Staff was very polite and that was one of the quickest, painless sticks and draws I've had. My teenage daughter had to have blood work done. Came in and was seen right away. Receptionist lady was very sweet and professional. Jessica, who did the blood work was amazing!!! She got my daughter on the first try and was very nice and professional. Made a stressful situation more calming, thanks guys!!
