Had a very easy and pleasant experience. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Check in experience was very easy. I had made an appointment online and then checked in at the terminal once i arrived. They called me soon after I sat down. They took care of the lab slip from my doctor and answered any questions I had, were very pleasant, blood was drawn painlessly and everyone greeted me with a smile. Nobody in the reception, but it time the reception got in. She ignored everybody in the waiting room. Turbo service not recommended find another place to do your lab testing
DISGUSTED. Enough to file a complaint with the lab association and the better business bureau. I went to this location to complete a doctor's order for various blood samples. I tried calling and emailing the location and also the corporate emails to find out what happened to the samples they took. After a week of trying (with NO call back or answers) I returned to the location in person, to find out they had wasted the samples taken. They had discarded around 10 vials of my blood taken without calling or even trying to reach... read more
I’m a walk-in and after checking in I let one of the receptionists know that I’m a walk in and the kiosk didn’t give me an option to pay. She told me to sit and wait for my name to be called. I waited about 30 minutes and then later when my name is finally called they say they don’t accept walk in and talk to me in a very condescending tone saying “you can’t just come in because you want to.” So I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me that.
