DISGUSTED. Enough to file a complaint with the lab association and the better business bureau. I went to this location to complete a doctor's order for various blood samples. I tried calling and emailing the location and also the corporate emails to find out what happened to the samples they took. After a week of trying (with NO call back or answers) I returned to the location in person, to find out they had wasted the samples taken. I’m a walk-in and after checking in I let one of the receptionists know that I’m a walk in and the kiosk didn’t give me an option to pay. She told me to sit and wait for my name to be called. I waited about 30 minutes and then later when my name is finally called they say they don’t accept walk in and talk to me in a very condescending tone saying “you can’t just come in because you want to.” So I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me that. I've had a great experience at this location. My appointment has been honored and I was fortunate to work with Olesya for my lab needs. She is not only knowledgeable and highly professional, but very skilled in what she does. She drew my blood so painlessly that I almost didn't feel it and left very little mark there. She's also very pleasant to talk to and attentive to my needs. From now on this location is my preferred lab and I highly recommend it!
