After three phone calls not answered, after three voicemail assurances that my call "was important to us" resulting in no response, I went to lab corp to find out if my doctor's draw orders had been received. Affter waiting in the crowded waiting room for someone to come to the front counter for 10 minutes, I realized that by business was in fact not important to Lab Corp. Although a custom for over 20 years, I will go to one of Lab Gorp's competitors to find a company who wants my business
