I arrived at LabCorp at 305 pm for a walk-in urine test for a potential job. I realized I forgot my ID and asked if I could go home which was 7 minutes away and be right back. Cristy was SO incredibly rude. Everything from her facial expressions to the tone of her voice was one of the rudest interactions I have ever had. She allowed me to go get my ID, i come there and back within 7 minutes and she refuses to see me because they close at 330pm. It was 313. VERY RUDE
This place has no bedside manner, no compassion. My girlfriend went in there for STAT bloodwork that was ordered by her doctor. They said she had a balance. She paid it, then said they can do the bloodwork then came back and said she owed more money.(more than what we could pay for this time) told us we could do a payment plan then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t. Horrible rude staff at the front. I would avoid this place like the plague. Whoever works up front should be fired.
If I could give this place a zero I would! The lady at the front desk (Cristy) by far has been the most rudest person I have encountered. I am a nurse and usually go to other locations but my client was on this side of town the last 2 visits I made. Anyhow, day 1 I got there and signed in for specimen drop off and she was rude but I kept smiling and left assuming she just may have been having a bad day.
