I was a walk in today at the West Broad location. I went at 9:00 am and was able to be seen immediately. Your clerk was also the woman who drew my blood. She was an absolute delight. Very friendly and engaging. She clearly likes her job. I should have gotten her name but I can’t stop thinking about how great she was at her job. She was excellent and taking blood and a breath of fresh air.
I Don't recomend this place. Labcorp needs to re-evaluate their business practices and properly train their staff or just replace them. They are disorganized, mess up paperwork/orders, even with patients doing their own check in, the person at the front desk is rude and is on their personal phone.
The lady at the counter was pretty rude as well as the guy who I signed the papers with. Made me feel stupid and were extremely bad with their customer service skills. They got it done fast but this was my first drug test and I wasn't sure what to expect and they were the opposite of helpful. I'm sorry you don't like your jobs but no one is forcing you to work there. Thank you!
Don't come here. This place is a joke. Anywhere else is going to be a better option. After waiting an hour past my appointment I still could not get my Labs done because they could not find doctors orders. At least 5 others had the same issue. Just don't come here,it is just a waste of time
I’ve been here a couple times before and usually they’re really nice, they must have new staff cause the lady at the counter and the guy who did the testing were both pretty rude. I understand this might not be your ideal way to spend the day; but this is your job. Hopefully your moods improve!
