They are not even sure that the insurance will cover it ir not. My doctor sent lab request a week ago
Had a 11:30am appointment and arrived 15min earlier to check-in using the web app. Got the confirmation saying to wait in the car until i get a text from them. Well... i waited until 12pm and walked up to the office only to find that they were closed! made me damn angry, just had me waisted my time for nothing.
Very easy to get to and FREE PARKING!! They are always very nice and considerate when I have blood work, which is every 6 months.
Came here for a specific exam. They didn’t know if they could even do it. They told me to go to a different location... which they couldn’t provide the address off hand. I was repeatedly called by the wrong name while they tried to “figure it out”. In addition they left the sign in window wide open for the whole waiting room to hear why I was there.
