This place is terrible. Went in for testing and the employee had no idea what she was doing and seemed extremely unorganized. Tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but waited almost a week for my test results and finally get the notification from Lab Corp saying my results were unavailable because they were never tested. What? You had one job. Also thanks for making me wait a whole week to tell me that. It’s very upsetting that a place this incompetent is still open and handling people’s important medical needs. I had a horrible experience. I was sent by my physician to do blood test to rule out pneumonia. I am 76 YO and had hard time going up the stairs to the office. The referral was STAT emergency. There was no one at desk. 15 minutes After ringing the bell, a staff by the name Marissa came out. I told her I have a STAT referral. She asked me to leave and go to another office because I don’t have an appointment????? Horrible staff and horrible rules!!!

The Lab Corp in VISTA!! I had a HORRIBLE experience! The Lady was rude to me when I told her I have difficult veins to find. She hurt my arm so bad it was like a thick needle poking in a thick skin piece of chicken (if you can imagine the sound) I yelled a bit for the pain, she was so rough. Also the bathroom was filthy when I had to give a urine sample. The only nice thing I can say is the Lobby Receptionist was so mice.
