One person working and they had a student. As a walk in you'll be waiting over 2 hours, closer to 3, at least in the morning. Good luck getting a morning appointment. All the labcorps need 2 people drawing blood at minimum. The day I went there were at least 5 people that had already left due to the ungodly wait time.
Every time I come to this Labcorp Gahanna location for an employment drug screen, I end up waiting for a long time—even with an appointment. The scheduling system seems pointless if appointments are not honored in a timely manner. The staff appears overwhelmed and the process is disorganized. It’s very frustrating, especially when you’ve planned your day around the scheduled time. I hope they can improve their staffing and workflow to respect people’s time better.
I have scheduled 3 appts over the last 3 weeks to come get a fasted blood draw and every time I show up there’s a new reason why I can’t get a blood draw. The first appointment they were understaffed and after waiting 50 mins after my appt I had to leave for work. The second time was a similar issue where they were over 3 hours for eve walk ins. Today I showed up for an appt and they are closed with a sign on the door. What a joke.
Even with an appointment the wait times are ridiculous. Second time I had to wait more than 25 mins for my lab draw with an appointment. I will not be coming back. Not sure why they even offer online scheduling if they don’t keep on schedule??
I never review places on google, but given that I showed up just to pee in a cup, and got to wait over an hour, I had plenty of time to kill. The check in process begins with a kiosk, and then the receptionist eventually tells every person, despite doing all the steps on the machine, that you’re not checked in all the way. I’m sure there’ll be another 30 minutes of waiting after I finally get my name called.
