Fairly quick service. Lady working didnt know how to submit my form from work properly. Stated that I may have to come back if she entered wrong.
Extremely poor billing practices—sent to collections for a paid bill. I am beyond frustrated with LabCorp’s billing department. I paid my bill of $468 in full, yet I continue to receive notices claiming I haven't paid. Despite the payment being settled, they have now sent my file to a credit bureau. This is a massive administrative failure that is now affecting my credit score. I have proof of payment and will be disputing this, but save yourself the headache and double-check every transaction with them. Unacceptable.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a lab. I made an appointment online and completed all the paperwork in advance. The only thing left was to have my blood drawn. However, the staff seemed more busy talking among themselves than doing their job or even explaining what was going on. After 15 minutes of waiting, they told me they hadn’t received my email or referral, even though my system clearly showed it had been sent.
