This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a lab. I made an appointment online and completed all the paperwork in advance. The only thing left was to have my blood drawn. However, the staff seemed more busy talking among themselves than doing their job or even explaining what was going on. After 15 minutes of waiting, they told me they hadn’t received my email or referral, even though my system clearly showed it had been sent. Created a appointment online input all information that was needed including a phone number for 7:30 am the instructions tell you to check in online upon arrival and that you will receive a text message when they’re ready for you. I checked in at 7:22 and never received any text message. Upon checking at the desk the staff stated that they didn’t have any appointments made for me and then switched and stated that they had been calling my name although the instructions state that you can wait in your car and will receive a te... read more
