Poor, non-existent customer service, extremely long waits at 10:30 AM with no explanation or apology (60 mins following checkin while fasting). If you’re backlogged just state that rather than treat everyone like they are an inconvenience. Wouldn’t have left a review but rude behavior also observed displayed towards elderly and possibly disabled individuals who are simply asking questions to gain clarification. I've experienced nothing but excellent service over the five years I've used this specific lab for bloodwork.
Had to get labs done, and got my blood drawn here. Terry C was absolutely fantastic, I was done before I knew it. I'm one of those where you cant find a spot to get blood easily, but Terry C made sure to poke once and get it right. This was the smoothest bllod draw I ever had. Thank you Terry C😊
I have used this Labcorp locations a handful of times over the past year for my regular scheduled blood labs (annual physical and so on). They are truly fantastic. I have a fear of needles, especially giving blood, and the office allows me to lay down for the drawings and it helped so much with my anxiety. I had Teri (spelling?) And she made the whole process as relaxing as it could be. I had a 10:45 AM appointment and arrived on time, checked in using the kiosk, and waited 20 minutes without being called back. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I had another appointment scheduled. I had been fasting for 12 hours for my lab work, so it was really disappointing that I couldn’t get seen as scheduled. I understand delays can happen, but appointments should mean something—especially when fasting and planning ahead.
