Older woman Used the wrong cuff size for my pressure readings. Talked too damn much asking irrelevant questions and was so rude. Talked to me in such a weird commanding way Didn’t even use the proper posture when taking readings. Patients’ names were called out so loudly that their PII could be heard by others. A terrible experience overall
I had a scheduled appointment at 9:45am. I have been sitting in the waiting room since 9:35 and it’s 10:10. Only scheduled an appointment to make sure I could have lab work done in a timely fashion and it seems the people who were walk-ins are being seen before me. Appointment or not be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to be seen
Made an appt for 9:45. They do not honor appt times but take people as they sign in. Waited until 10:20 for them to call me back. HIPAA is not a thing as everyone in lobby can hear all conversations as doors are left open to draw rooms and lobby. Front desk person talks VERY loudly.
Poor, non-existent customer service, extremely long waits at 10:30 AM with no explanation or apology (60 mins following checkin while fasting). If you’re backlogged just state that rather than treat everyone like they are an inconvenience. Wouldn’t have left a review but rude behavior also observed displayed towards elderly and possibly disabled individuals who are simply asking questions to gain clarification.
