I went into the waiting room about 11:30 3/7 /2025 to drop off little bottle for. The gal at the window told me that I needed to go over to the machine and put my information in. I got all bent out of shape because I can’t stand those stupid things. (I hate them don’t understand them and don’t want anything to do with those machines.) when she got me commend down . She very nicely took the stuff I brought and said she would take care of it. Thank you. I’m getting older and can’t keep up with the damn machines.

I recently visited Labcorp for a pre-employment drug screening and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the staff, especially Terri. I arrived feeling very stressed because I had trouble locating all the necessary paperwork, but Terri went above and beyond to help me navigate the process. came in to do a pre employment drug test 25 minutes before close and was looked at like i was absolutely stupid and was told that they can’t do anything after 4pm despite the fact that they close at 430pm. i find this a little confusing considering the posted hours and suggest to maybe change that so you don’t have other people taking time off of their jobs and losing money to get their things done. very unhappy with my visit

I've always had excellent care/service here. The staff has gone above and beyond a couple times to help me get revised orders from my doctors. I've never had to wait long...even when I didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend this place.

I really appreciate the staff at LabCorp. Sandy is always personable and friendly at the lab at 500 Ohio PIke. Since I must have a monthly lab drawn, I am very thankful the staff is pleasant. Thanks also for being conveniently close by to my home. Thanks especially for wearing masks and taking the health of staff and patients into account. I am reviewing again several months later.
