I have used this Labcorp locations a handful of times over the past year for my regular scheduled blood labs (annual physical and so on). They are truly fantastic. I have a fear of needles, especially giving blood, and the office allows me to lay down for the drawings and it helped so much with my anxiety. I had Teri (spelling?) I had a 10:45 AM appointment and arrived on time, checked in using the kiosk, and waited 20 minutes without being called back. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I had another appointment scheduled. I had been fasting for 12 hours for my lab work, so it was really disappointing that I couldn’t get seen as scheduled. I understand delays can happen, but appointments should mean something—especially when fasting and planning ahead.
I would have to agree with They_call_me_Bob, nothing but a positive experience. I looked online first to schedule a lab draw but figured I'd try my luck at walking in. Check-in was via a tablet station, super easy. Just have your ID and insurance card ready to be scanned. I feel like I waited maybe 5 minutes and was called back. The tech was personable and extremely nice. In and out within 15min max.
Making the appointment was easy. The test sample was easy. Getting the results was easy. My experience is a lot different than what is expressed in the other reviews. The LabCorp experience is as good as it gets.
This place is wildly rude. Like they go out of their way to be rude. I go there every few months for my bloodwork because it’s close. The person who answers the phone and runs the front desk could not be more unsuited for that job.
