Incompetent. They completely mixed up my labs with somebody else's - they ran someone else's order form on my blood, the ordering doctor listed on my results was wrong and none of the specific tests on the order form I gave them were done. Didn't even send the results to the correct doctor. The nurse on the morning 4/29 was humming off key to herself the whole time and clearly distracted, if this is what happened.
Honestly, the service is terrible. I understand that they don't speak Spanish and I don't speak English, and that this might be a barrier to communication. I only went for a simple urine test, and it's impossible that they couldn't even try to read what I was saying through the translator. They simply treated me badly and ignored what I was saying or what I was showing them on my phone with the translator. They really lack empathy and kindness.
