First time there this morning. Not a good First Impression for the company. One employee and she yelled the next patients name through the glass. Patient ahead if me didn't close the door and she slammed it...HARD! I immediatly became stressed. I understand not all hires are 'people' persons, and companies love 'purpose orientated' hires, but it only takes a second to say Hello. Turns out she was one of the best phlebotomists I ever had! I made a mistake setting up my appointment. The woman working at the time very kindly explained what I was missing and that I could easily sort it out from my phone in only about 5 minutes. It was a dumb mistake, but she didn't make me feel dumb.

I needed a labwork done but when I came to my appointment I didn't have a script or referral from my company. Chris was very patient and gave me several options to get what I needed done. She was working alone but provided excellent customer service and took care of other customers while she waited for me to get my stuff together. I must mention she is an excellent phlebotomist as well. I have rolling veins, she found the vein and I barely felt the pinch. Thx Chris!!!
