Worst office I have ever been to. 2 people walked in and they they needed assistance with the kiosk. They basically said figure it out yourself.
Avoid this lab at all costs!!! I drove 2 hours each way because they said they could do the genetics testing I need and I would have results in 3-5 days. It took a month to hear from them and they had the name of my health care provider wrong and they said I was have an epilepsy panel done?!?!? They are guilty of malpractice. These people are idiots! I wasted 4 hours driving and FIVE vials of blood for NOTHING! I still don't know what's wrong with me.
Mr Alfred! He is the best! He did the blood testing so well, very skillful!
Do not come here. They are lazy and just want you to come back early the other day.
I have been to 3 labcorp offices locally, and this one at Westgate (yesterday) was by far, the best. Although they were slammed, they were expedient. One of my labs was not covered by insurance and 2 employees took the time to explain a probable cause. The woman taking the lab sample was extremely efficient in lining people up into the lab rooms. I'll be back and hope the same 3 employees are present!
