Rude!!! The employees don't know customer service. When you ask for help, they give you attitude. I took my elderly mom to do blood and if they talked to my mom the way the employees talk to the other customers, it would not have been a good day for anyone. If you dont like your job, go somewhere else because your customer service skills are not good. We'll be going to the other locations from now on.
I love this location! The staff were so warm and welcoming and I appreciate all of their help. But PLEASE CALL AHEAD to confirm if they’ll be doing whatever you need at a certain time. Don’t rely on the online appointment system. For me, I needed a drug screen but those are only offered at certain hours so please please save yourself and the staff the trouble and just call ahead!
Smells like a toilet, and the staff are really rude
Does not open on time, only wastes people's time. Highly recommend going somewhere else that actually respects appointments that opens on time
