Does not open on time, only wastes people's time. Highly recommend going somewhere else that actually respects appointments that opens on time
Arrived early for my 8:30 am appointment which I needed to complete a critical test taking 3 hours (glucose). Over heard worker tell security they will take last patient at 11:30 am. After checking in via scan kiosk was told my test wasn’t “easy” that no other location would take me this day and that I needed to come back Monday. I urged the worker the importance due to my high risk pregnancy, gestational age, and time for processing before my next appointment. She refused. Drove 30 min to appointment arrived and they were closed during operating hours.
So unprofessional. There was no one in the lobby at check in. Traveled here from out of town because there are no labcorps back home that are open on Saturdays. I came here with an appointment for 06/20/2026 that I set online for a drug screening....just to find out via sticky note (I wish I was kidding) that they don't do drug screenings on Saturdays!! I had to look for someone in the back to ask if that was true and they confirmed that unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get the test done. They wouldn't see me even though ... read more
Arrived before my appointment and they closed early without a notice. I’m only really available to go somewhere on weekends so i was glad i was able to make an appointment Saturday . I got there the lights were on but door locked and there was other people waiting outside the door. The office wouldn’t answer the phones and even the security guard was confused why they closed all the sudden.
