The staff was very nice and patient during my appointment, i would recommend it to anyone needing a test.
The staff is very nice and I got my testing done so fast! I will definitely come back to this location vs. other ones in the city. Clean facility also
I wouldn't normally leave a review for getting blood drawn, but it was a great experience! Signing in was easy via the tablet, service was quick and the actually blood draw itself was so smooth. She was easy to talk to and with just one prick, it was over. Barely a mark on my arm. 10 minutes in and out. Make your appointment ahead of time, have your info and ID and you'll be good to go.
They now require you to sign in at a kiosk. There was a long line and it took forever to sign in. There was an elderly person in front of me who couldn't figure it out. The receptionist just sat there and refused to sign anyone in. I left and went somewhere else.
Lady was super rude didn't smile 1 time my entire visit. I felt like I was distrusting her day!! Never want to go back to this location again.
