Once we got taken back everything was smooth. However, the woman sitting at the intake window should really learn to listen and actual respond to questions instead of just taking paperwork and nodding like she understood or was responding to my question. I was apprehensive about going here because of past reviews but it was quick, easy, and anxiety free thanks to gabby!
In and out very quickly. Very efficient and the phlebotomist was skilled - it was as painless as I've ever experienced.
Tread carefully when dealing with this provider. Their billing is atrocious. I had my Medicare annual screening which included the blood work. All my Medicare and Insurance information was input in MyChart site. So 12 days later I had follow up blood work performed as directed by the physician. Days after the second blood test I was sent a bill for the second test. The first round of blood work was submitted to Medicare but he second was not. Its hard to figure what the difference was. I love this location. This is the only place where I will get my bloodwork done. They're always quick, kind, and gentle. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
