The woman who helped my mom was very patient answering our questions thoroughly while performing her task EXTREMELY fast. She was very kind and I asked her how long she'd been in that occupation and she told me 23 years. I don't know what Lab Corp pays her but it's probably not enough...she deserves top pay.
The woman that drew my wife's blood appears to be either new or incompetent. A competent phlebotomist draws blood from the antecubital fossa. The blood drawer did not draw blood from the proper location. Rather the blood was drawn down the arm about 3 inches. My wife complained that the blood draw was very painful. With a good phlebotomist there is little or no pain. Supposedly the person drawing the blood advised my wife there would be a big bruise.
